On Easter evening we had a fire in the backyard and made s'mores. The boys gathered wood from the vacant lots around our house and started the fire. Being a warm evening, the fire felt really hot. I think the logs were a little big for our fire pit!
The marshmellows roasted quickly. It was also tricky to get some of the candy bars out of the wrapper, because they were melting. However everyone but me enjoyed their s'mores. I don't like them, so I just ate a roasted marshmellow and chocolate bar seperately.
Patrick and Stuart enjoyed their burnt marshmellows.

I only like burnt marshmallows, just like Stuart and Patrick...but they could have had my chocolate and graham cracker! :)
